- The content of text messages sent to and from the Maeve line.
- Opt-in and opt-out records, such as the keyword you sent (for example START or STOP) or the SMS opt-in form you submitted (your name, mobile number, and consent checkbox), and the date and time.
- Message delivery status reported by our messaging provider.

How We Use It
- To send the one-to-one assistant messages you asked for.
- To honor STOP and HELP requests and keep a record of your consent.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the text line.
Sharing
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers that deliver or support the messages, such as our SMS messaging provider and the provider that hosts our website and opt-in form, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
We keep messaging data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including keeping records of consent and opt-outs.
Your Choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email chad.hohn@groundworkrevops.com with questions or to ask us to delete your messaging data.
